Maran Tankers took delivery of its first Dual Fuel VLCC
Maran Tankers Management Inc. has welcomed its first Dual Fuel VLCC, Antonis I. Angelicoussis to Maran Tankers Management fleet.
The vessel was delivered on 3 January 2023 by Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) and was named in honor of the founder of the Group, Antonis I. Angelicoussis (1918-1989).
She has a cargo capacity of 320,500 DWT and was designed to be both highly efficient and environmentally friendly - in fact she will be the most environmentally friendly low-emission VLCC on the water today!
Maran Tankers Management is the Oil Tanker Shipping unit of the Angelicoussis Group. MTM was established in 1992 to manage the Oil Tankers of Angelicoussis Group. Angelicoussis Group has a well-established track record in shipping dating back to 1947.
